Scott Hinton has extensive experience advising a wide range of Australian and global companies on investor communications, transactions, issues management and corporate positioning.
Scott was a senior consultant at Hinton & Associates, where key clients included BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto and AXA.
He was previously Private Client Research Manager at JB Were & Son, and a key member of the retail teams for major IPOs such as Telstra and CBA3.
Scott began his career as a journalist and held senior roles including Business Editor of the Herald Sun.
Suzie Batten has 30 years’ experience in corporate and financial communications and has advised on many of Australia’s largest IPOs, takeovers and board crises.
Suzie was previously a founding director of Hinton & Associates, where key clients included Fosters, National Australia Bank and the IPOs of National Mutual, CBA3 and Tattersalls.
She spent her earlier career years in stockbroking and chartered accountancy, including several years in audit and corporate advisory services with Ernst & Young and Coopers & Lybrand.
Suzie is also a former director of Barwon Water, Equestrian Victoria and the Ski Club of Victoria.
